We’ve all been told that outsourcing is the “magic pill” to running an Internet business.  In theory, you can hire a few people to do everything, while you relax in a tropical paradise.  Unfortunately, the reality is far from this dream.  If you’ve ever tried outsourcing before, then you know it’s not the perfect business like some people claim.

As someone who has outsourced 200+ projects, I think you need specific skill set to manage and work with freelancers.  When you know what to look for and how to communicate, you can get amazing things accomplished.  On the other hand, if you’re just “winging it” with every project, you’ll get inferior work.

In “Outsourcing Mastery” you’ll get my detailed blueprint for finding, hiring, managing and growing an Internet business with the help of smart freelancers.

Here’s a taste of what’s covered:

  • 35 Virtual Tasks You Should Outsource
  • 13 Principles for Getting Results with Outsourcing
  • 11 Websites to Locate Exceptional Freelance Talent
  • THE Best System for Maximizing Your Outsourcing Efforts
  • 5 Steps for Picking the BEST Freelancer
  • 10 Ways to Ensure Perfect Project Completion
  • 6 Rules for Avoiding Outsourcing Catastrophe
  • 5 Ways to Grow Your Business Through Outsourcing
  • Why “Fiverrsourcing” is the New Way to Do Outsourcing

With this book, you’ll learn how to free up your time by delegating specific tasks to qualified freelancers.  From there, you can focus on the 80/20 activities that generate the bulk of your income.

  1. Hey Steve,

What happened to the freebie release model? I don’t want this anymore! haha j/k bro!

I just bought your book and again, you’re writing way faster than I can read the books, how the heck do you do so much in so little time?

Anyway, good luck with the release and I’ll post a review as soon as I’m done with this, I know I’m going to get a LOT out of this because I suck at outsourcing so thank you in advance!

    • Haha…you had me for a second. Yeah, outsourcing can be a huge time/money suck if you don’t do it right. What I’ve learned is to spend a LONG time with the process of picking someone…that’s made a huge difference in the results that I get.

    • Thanks a bunch Nick — Just downloaded your treadmill book and will take a look at it over the next few days.

Also, I finally had a change to check out your podcast. Just listened to #1 and #3 (about iPhone apps). Great stuff…really like how you focus on the “part-time Internet business” aspect. Excellent way to stand out.

    • Hey Timo, Sorry about that… the price gets weird when posted in other countries. Unfortunately Amazon is less than perfect with how they handle pricing outside the U.S. Just pop me an email and I’ll take care of it.

      Cheers,
      Scott

  2. Hey Steve, came to tell you that I loved the book. Used the tips and ended up with the prettiest logo ever. I am doing 3 hr a week with several freelancers to pick someone to keep for more. I am of course using the tips you listed in the book. Absolutely love it and had to leave a 5 star review on Amazon. I am here now to try to find those posts you had with a few links to actual freelancers you used on Fiverr i think I’ve seen them in some posts.

  3. Hi Steve, sounds like just the sort of publication most marketers will get a lot out of. I do outsource, only use one person as we have reached an understanding about what is required and it’s so easy now to request something and get what I want. I believe one of the best moves we can make is to hang on to those who serve us well.

    Enjoy the journey.

  4. Hey Steve, again a good writing, and the subject is pretty good, I think the outsourcing is totally depends on two things one is right selection and second is understanding, if your selection is good and the person understand what you need then the work delivery would be good, but it is not necessary in case of all freelancers, some may unable to satisfy your need and your project may fall in trouble so outsourcing is risky as well as profitable.
