Now the reason I keep showing videos from The Adonis Effect is because these guys have one of the better products for putting on muscle in a sensible manner. They don’t give you advice that’ll turn you into one of those muscle-bound freaks you see on The World’s Strongest Man. Instead they tell you how to create a muscular build that actually looks normal.
