My Saturday posts are a chance to have fun and also give back by providing some links to great content.  Sometimes I go off on some pretty strange and esoteric topics.  It is all about having fun, giving out some good information and sometimes trying something new.  I have been swamped with work recently, and I am starting to make some preparations for a short trip to Belize so I asked the wisest person I know help me with today’s post.

Blogger’s Using The Force this Week -by Yoda of Dagobah

Yoda is a Jedi-knight who is over 9000 years old, he is has been around a long long time and comes from a galaxy far far away.  He is a wise creature who has seen a lot and deals with technology on a daily basis. (see: Lightsabers) The reports of Yoda’s untimely death have been greatly exaggerated; nothing can keep the irrepressible little green guy down for long.  Without further ado, here is Yoda’s list of blog posts that use the Force, take it away Master Yoda:

Yoda speaks blogging:

The deal, here is!  Joke, it was.  Real pain-in-the butt, Mace Windu was, when a student he was.  The other Masters and I called him “Mace Windbag,” we did.  Tired of his preaching, we were, so we invented this crazy overly elaborate story about Midicholorians, we did.   Powering the force, we said.  Laugh at that foolishness, we did.  But then into the movies, that story went.  On us, the final joke was.

So, of your head, put all thought of Midicholorians right, out.  The Force Just Is!  Hmmmmmm.

The Force is in the Email List

Contained in the email list, most of the Force is.  Herh herh herh.

Ana, of an area of the Force called, “SEO,” a Master  is.  Like Mace Windu, never shall we treat her.  Yes, hmmm.  Ana talks about cleaning up email opt-in lists, she does. Yessssss.  Master Steve Scott, also interested in email opt-in lists, he is. A/B Split tests and not burning email autoresponder sequence he tells us.

Steve and Ana are only people talking about the importance of email lists this week, not.  Herh herh herh.   With the force strong, make money from a list not, he tell us, Alex Whalley does.  Yeesssssss.  For an email list, Lisa an interesting tactic, creates.  List building tactic, shows us she does.  Interesting way, Yoda can see.  Yes, hmmm.

Embark on an Internet Lifestyle you want? Hmph. Adventure. Heh. Excitement. Heh. A Jedi craves not these things. You are reckless.  Remember, young Padawan, above all others, one thing you must:

    I’ve read Murray’s business strategy post, and its quite extensive and impressive. He always has great input. I haven’t gotten around to visiting the other blogs though, but I will definitely make it a point to do so.

  3. Yesssss, totally nerding out here which is awesome because I watched Empire just a few days ago haha. As always, always bringing the ruckus here man. Since I’m working on building up serps for the PLR site, I’m going to put some of the things Ana has covered into effect as far as using competitors backlinks :P. Oh, I also got an ecourse up and running on the site so I can certainly take advantage of the email marketing posts you’ve got up here (your ‘burn list’ one was probably the best, ever).

    One final thing: Yoda was 900 years old 😛 You knew I had to geek out on ya when it came to Star Wars 😀

    • Pshaw… Think I don’t know my Star Wars… he was 900 years old, “a long long time ago” ….what you don’t know was that “long long time ago”= 8100 years 🙂 (ok, adding a zero was arbitrary…but i did consider that)

      It is really kick ass that your PLR train is really starting to roll.

      • I knew I would loose a lot of “non-geeks” on the Yoda-speak. I figured what the hell… It was fun for one saturday. I certainly won’t be doing it agin…if only because it took so much time.

        I wrote each sentence the “proper” way and then tried to think of how it should be said the “Yoda” way. It took way to long… But I was fiendishly laughing the whole time.

  7. LOL… interesting article, quite entertaining.. yesssssssssssss.
    I just got done reading the link building article you referred to, “How to do it the smart way”… I always like to look at the competitors links to determine mine, but have you ever used Market Samurai? If not, any suggestions on what to use?

    • Yes I use MS a lot. I wholey 100% recommend it. It can be used in so many ways. Even after having used it for over a year now, I still find some little, “trick” in it I didn’t know.

      It is basically the standard in doing your due diligence on everything you do. It takes its own amount of time and effort to check everything but once you do you know exactly what you are getting into.

      If you decide to get it..make sure to watch all the “dojo” videos (or if you need help deciding) they really show all of the things they can do.

      I often don’t even bother to throw up afiliate links for it..because the darn things really does sell itself.

    Yoda is the best jedi ever I love that guy. He’s also the wisest of the wisest when it comes to the jedi master. ( :

    The force is in the email list. That is why i’m hard at work on building my list. I don’t just want to build a list, but instead I want to build a list of people who value my service. Many people have big list, but give no value therefor making their list useless.

    With the force any goal can be obtained.

      I had a lot of fun writing it!

      Your plan for your email list is definitely the way to go. Lots of value is the way to make a really good list. Never bombard them, give lots of stuff for free, and occasionally sell…but only items that are really good and you would offer to your family, it they were interested in the niche.

    Great impersonation, I see master Yoda is a really keen reader, I hope he is not training in the hidden paths of blogging because his force might surpass us all and we might lose all our padawans.

    Since I am interested in lists, I read both Alex and Ana’s post but I missed the one on friendly blogger.
