Steve’s Sunday Selections – May 23rd, 2010

by Steve Scott | Join Him On Facebook

Well, it’s time for another edition of Steve’s Sunday Selections. As always, there are a number of excellent posts that I’ve reviewed today. So it’s pretty hard to pick which ones to include. With that said, here are some of my personal favorites…

Have people in your life who only bring you down? If so, take a look at Tim’s post about the 7 ways to deal with haters. Read this article and take action with the negative individuals that you encounter.

Anyone who has met me knows that I watch very little television. That’s why I really enjoyed Noah’s guest article about the 8 reasons to ditch your television. Trust me, this can be one of the best decisions that you could ever make.

Is it possible to have a day job and have lots of freedom? Read Karol’s article and then let him know your viewpoint.

Want to improve your success in life, but don’t know where to start? Well, read Jonny’s post about how to kickstart your success plan. He gives some great pointers here that can help jumpstart your life.

I’m in the process of reading Leo’s book. So I’ve decided to include something from his site. What caught my eye was his post about the complete guide to running barefoot. Even though I’ve been a runner for 20 years, this is something that I haven’t really tried. Maybe if I find a nice beach in my travels, I’ll give this one a shot.

Don’t like your job? If so, read Maren’s article about five ways to quit your job and do what you love.

One of the things I’ve learned in the last month of traveling is to make my personal health a #1 priority. So, I learned a lot by reading Matt’s guest post about 4 ways to live healthy as a virtual CEO.

Like many people I like inspirational quotes. That’s why I think you should read these 20 inspirational posts that Celestine put together.

Well that’s it for this week! I definitely recommend you check all these articles and support these sites through Tweets, blog comments, and submitting to sites like Digg. They work hard to provide content…so show them some love!

Take Action. Get Results.
