6 Steps to Becoming THE Self-Confident Internet Entrepreneur

How to Overcome Self Limiting Beliefs Self-confidence plays an important role in success.  This is especially true when it comes to an online business.  You often face a lot of challenges.  And often the only thing that gets you through these moments is the belief that you will succeed.

Truth is your mindset can make or break what you do online.  It’s been my experience that most people have the potential to make a full-time income.  But they allow “self limiting beliefs” to hold them back.

Motivation: What it takes to succeed

Motivation: What it takes to succeed

Motivation has been on my mind a lot this week.  Why do we do the things we do.  What tools and tricks can we use to motivate ourselves to get things done.Motivation: What it takes to succeed

This week we had a great guest post by Danny about the topic of motivation and eliminating the mindset that holds us back.

-Check out some great articles Danny has about viral marketing this week:

Talking about motivation is nothing new here. I have written a  few articles about motivation and getting things done over the past year.  I think that understanding what motivates us is key.

Everyone should understand the things that drive them to succeed, or as Peter puts it, the things that get you motivated each day.

To be successful with the “Internet Lifestyle” there is a lot of work that has to be done.  Whether your approach to it is more from an affiliate marketer angle or as a blogger.

Turn that Frown Upside Down: How to Be Happy with Yourself

Be happy with yourself

Since becoming an adult I’ve met people that are completely happy with themselves and others that seem uncomfortable in their own bodies. I think that most of us fall somewhere in the middle, but I’m going to warn you that it’s easy to look for happiness in the wrong places.

Money makes some people pretty happy, at least temporarily. If you’re an unhappy person, though, the novelty of what you’ve bought will eventually wear off and you’ll start feeling miserable again.  Losing weight can definitely make you feel better too, but being thinner doesn’t necessarily translate into instant happiness. You probably get my point so I won’t bother to provide any more examples, but I am going to offer some tricks I’ve picked up on how to be happy with yourself.

How to Create a Personal Development Plan

When I was in high school I had quite a few friends, but looking back, I didn’t have much in common with a lot of them. Sure, the guys on the track team liked running and so did I, but for the most part finishing high school was the number one thing we had in common. Everyone’s main concern was earning our diplomas so we never had to go back to that place again. We basically wound up becoming friends because we all had to be there together.  It didn’t matter if we were planning to head off to college, join the military or start working for a family business— we all wanted out.

How to Skyrocket Your Self-Motivation and Get Things Done!

Whenever I tell people I work from home, this is the common reaction, “I could never do that because I would spend all my time sleeping or watching T.V.”

Learn from Your Mistakes

Learn from your Mistakes

As far as I can tell, no one likes making mistakes. We don’t like admitting that we were wrong and we don’t like feeling self-conscious. Some mistakes are a little bit embarrassing, like accidentally calling a friend’s new wife by his ex-wife’s name and some mistakes are physically painful, like falling down a flight of stairs and spraining your ankle because you were so busy texting you didn’t see where you were going. More serious mistakes can be costly or dangerous, among other things.

Even so, the only way to avoid making mistakes is probably to sit home alone all day and never do anything … then again, that’s probably also a mistake. That’s why I think it’s a much better idea to try to learn from your mistakes instead.

Let Zero Based Thinking Improve Your Life

It seems like a lot of my blog readers visit my site because they want to learn about the way I run my online business and how I’ve managed to spend an eight month period traveling through Europe. Without sounding like a cocky know-it-all, I also think I’m doing pretty well for myself, but I know that there’s always room for improvement.

Building Your Self Esteem is a Key to Success

Self esteem and the keys to success

Some of the happiest, most successful people I know also have the highest self esteem. It’s almost as if the way they feel about themselves coincides with their general outlook on life. In general, people with healthy levels of self esteem are usually able to follow through with their plans, meet their goals and face the challenges that life throws their way better than people suffering from low self esteem.
